WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A 40-year-old woman was taken to the hospital in extremely critical condition after being attacked by her own dog in west Wichita, according to Wichita police.
Sedgwick County dispatch said a call came in shortly after 4 p.m. for a report of a dog bite in the 2900 block of West Murdock.
When EMS arrived, they found a 40-year-old woman with extremely critical injuries.
Wichita police said animal control was called to the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
