29th May 2025 – (Hong Kong) At approximately 3pm yesterday, a 51-year-old woman surnamed Hui filed a report at a warehouse located at 174 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, stating that while receiving a package, she discovered that a shipment of items was missing, leading her to suspect a “swap” had occurred.
Police responded to the report and conducted a preliminary investigation, which indicated that a total of around HK$1.2 million worth of designer handbags and leather goods may have been stolen. The case has been classified as theft, and no arrests have been made thus far.
