Woman held and dogs seized after dog killed on walk

A woman has been arrested after a dog killed another dog in Oxfordshire.

The small white schnauzer-poodle mixed breed was fatally attacked between Hanwell Fields, Banbury, and St Peter’s Church, Hanwell, on Wednesday morning.

A woman, aged in her 30s and from Banbury, was held on suspicion of causing unnecessary suffering to an animal and being the owner of a dog dangerously out of control.

Thames Valley Police said two dogs had also been seized.

A spokesperson said: “Thames Valley Police has arrested a woman in connection with a dangerous dog incident in Banbury.

“The woman has been bailed and our enquiries are ongoing.”

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
