Woman has message for person who dumped huge dog “like garbage” at night

Despite being scared of dogs, a woman knew she needed to step in and rescue a large canine she spotted in the middle of the night who looked abandoned.

Trinity, who is known on TikTok as @theeholytrinityy, is being hailed a hero for mustering courage and saving a giant dog she saw at 11:30 p.m. The darkness made her hesitant as she couldn’t tell at first if it was a dog. She thought the large animal might’ve been a deer, horse or bear. All she could tell was that this animal looked hurt.

She eventually gathered the strength to get closer and confirm it was a dog. She brought him into her car, which is how her March 26 TikTok video began. Crying, she felt “terrified” about the dog, but she could see he was scared and hurt. Her first stop was to the emergency vet to check for a microchip, but nothing showed up.

She started calling for help, hoping a rescue or animal shelter could take him in, but with places at capacity, she was told to “release him to the wild where he came from.” That wasn’t an option in her mind.

Trinity couldn’t let this dog go and decided to keep him, making it work no matter what it took, and as of late March, the pup, now named Big Mack, officially became hers. He made himself at home in no time, becoming the “cutest ball sunshine” in her life.

She couldn’t believe someone abandoned this giant fluff, which made her want to post the video as a public service announcement (PSA0. She wrote in the caption: “If you can’t handle your pet, don’t dump them like garbage.”
