The Union County Sheriff’s Office has arrested one woman for the ill treatment of animals and torture.Deputies say Shaneitra Berniq Jeter left a dog in a metal kennel in direct sunlight with no way to be in the shade. The Union County Sheriff’s Office has arrested one woman for the ill treatment of animals and torture.

Deputies say Shaneitra Berniq Jeter left a dog in a metal kennel in direct sunlight with no way to be in the shade.
