Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter hosts free weekend dog adoption event

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter (WCRAS) hosted a free dog adoption event over the weekend, beginning Friday and going through Sunday until the shelter closed at 6 p.m.

The event was made possible through the support of Subaru of Georgetown and their Subaru Loves Pets campaign.

During the event, all adoptable dogs were available to adopters at no cost, providing an opportunity to find loving homes for the shelter’s dogs.

Adopters were able to preview available pets at www.wilcotx.gov/pets and were encouraged to visit the shelter between the hours of noon and 6 p.m.

For more information on future events and general adoptions, people can contact the shelter at 512-943-3322 or email adoption@wilco.org.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
