West Plains Police look for a dog after its owner died in flooding

WEST PLAINS, Mo. (KY3) -The police department is looking for a dog after its owner was killed in flooding over the weekend.

Shiloh was possibly seen walking near Armstrong Flooring on West Thornburgh Street on the night of the flood.

If you have seen Shiloh, call the police department at 417-256-2244.
