WaterFire Arts Center celebrates 20th Super Dog Adoption Day

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — The WaterFire Arts Center hosted the 20th Super Dog Adoption Day Saturday.

The event featured more than 300 dogs from twelve Rhode Island shelters.

More than 1,000 potential adopters attended to meet and play with the dogs.

The first adoption day took place in 2013, and previous events have led to over 7,000 dogs finding new homes.
