A sweet family dog was reunited with her humans in England more than seven years after she was stolen from their yard.
According to the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA), Daisy has been missing since November 2017.
What happened to Daisy?
The backstory:
Daisy was stolen from her owners’ garden in Old Buckenham, Norfolk, in November 2017. Witnesses saw suspected backyard breeders bundle her into a truck and speed off.

Storyful reports that Daisy was in bad condition. The person who had her said she couldn’t take her to the vet for treatment and so signed her over to the nonprofit.
Her microchip information revealed she had been stolen, and had the contact details of her original owners.

The tearful reunion was caught on tape. It was like Daisy had never left.
Her owners, Rita and Phillip, said they kept a photograph on the mantlepiece of Daisy and would look at it every day thinking of her.
What they’re saying:
Rita said she recently told her grandson that she’d been thinking about Daisy a lot, to which her grandson said, “So have I.”
“I think all of us together brought her back,” Rita said.
“It is an absolute dream come true that the RSPCA found her and have returned her to us – where she belongs. We are so, so grateful.”
