WASHINGTON – A Hermes Birkin look-alike is being sold at Walmart for a fraction of the price, and the internet has gone a bit crazy over it.
The Walmart Birkin dupe, or ‘Wirkin,’ sells for as little as $78, thousands of dollars cheaper than the version the luxury brand sells.
The KAMUGO Genuine Leather Handbag looks similar to the Birkin bag – so much so that it’s sold out in many places.
“The Walmart Birkin bag is a Wirkin, and it’s for the Wirkin class,” wrote one TikTok user.

While a Birkin is hand-made by a single artisan, the makers of Walmart’s look-alike say their version is made with genuine cowhide leather and synthetic leather inside the bag.
