So, those are some of the different outcomes that may occur. And we do have mandatory spay/neuter that may occur.”And if you see an animal you aren’t familiar with, don’t approach it.”Any animal has the potential to bite. Any animal with teeth has the potential to cause injuries.”No one has been charged, but the sheriff’s office said they continue investigating. He hopes the dog owner is, at minimum, charged with negligent manslaughter.
