VIDEO: Family dogs chase thief out of yard

A thief was chased out of a yard by two family dogs Sunday morning in Fresno.

The homeowner says this event occurred at McKinley and Blythe on Sunday at approximately 8:30 AM.

Two suspects drove around the neighborhood in a gray Chevy Colorado truck before stopping at the house.

The homeowner says they may have noticed the broken electric lock on the fence.

One of the suspects got out of the truck and forced open the fence.

He made his way further onto the property while the family was home.

After a few moments, the suspect re-emerged holding a gas can, with the family dogs Bo and Czar in pursuit behind him.

The suspect was able to get away with the gas can.

A police report was filed.

It wasn’t so much about the gas can. It was about him coming onto my property and an invasion of my privacy. If I had peace of mind before, it is gone now.

They might have gotten away from my dogs this time, Next time they might not be so lucky.

If you have any information about the theft, or happen to recognize the suspects, you can contact the Fresno Police Department at 559-621-7000.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
