Dog owner makes running out of paper towels into play time in funny video
A pet parent recently took to the dog’s Instagram page, @zebbythegolden, to share a hilarious video of their Golden Retriever dog, Zebby. The profile created by the canine’s owner has posted numerous clips of the pooch, from his beach visits to pool time. In the above video, the dog and his favorite hooman engage in a lighthearted activity after falling short of paper towels.
The owner writes adds the on-screen caption, “POV The best part of running out of paper towels.” In the adorable video, they pull out the last paper towel from the holder and decide to have fun with their pet. The parent lightly hits the dog with the paper, who takes it as yet another fun game.

The owner keeps moving the wrapped paper in front of the Golden Retriever, who carefully notices every moment to grab it. Zebby is repeatedly hit playfully on his head, but he refuses to give up and tries biting the roll. In the end, he is successful in grabbing it in his mouth. However, the dog parent moves their hand and stops the game, leaving Zebby disappointed.
The hooman mentions in the caption how Zebby was having fun and wanted to continue the game for a long time: “His face at the end says ‘why’d you stop???’” Dog parents often pull out random activities to keep their pets fit and energetic. This video is thus proof of the healthy and fun bonding between the Golden Retriever and his hooman.
