Two of the three dogs abused by a 65-year-old New Jersey woman in Connecticut died, officials said.
Marie Feniello, of Oxford, turned herself into police in Greenwich, Connecticut on March 25, Capt. Patrick Smyth said.
Authorities seized the third dog, which was suffering from malnutrition.
