Two dozen dogs rescued in neglect case, Memphis Animal Services says

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Memphis Animal Services (MAS) received two dozen dogs from a felony neglect case.

MAS said the rescued dogs led to higher-than-normal intakes on Monday. “These pups are counting on us for a second chance, and we need your help to make it happen,” MAS said in a Facebook post.

On top of those dogs, MAS said another two dozen dogs are “ready to go home today” and available for immediate adoption. MAS urged people to adopt these dogs to make room for the newly arrived dogs from the neglect case.

The dogs that are available for immediate adoption are free to adopt, MAS said.

Below is a list of the dogs at MAS that are “ready to go home today” and notes about some of those dogs provided by MAS.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
