Two Adults and two dogs were displaced after a house fire

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) – Two adults and two dogs are displaced after a house fire on Holly Lane.

Shortly before 6:00 pm on April 25, the Grand Junction Fire Department responded to reports of smoke and fire coming from the roof of a home.

According to GJFD, callers reported no answer when they knocked on the door, but believed dogs were inside.

When firefighters arrived, they attacked the fire before searching the residence. No one was home at the time, and all pets were found safe.

No injuries were identified, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.

GJFD confirmed the American Red Cross is assisting the two adults and dogs who were displaced.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
