Travis Kelce and mom Donna Kelce are sending their love and support to Jason Kelce and his wife, Kylie Kelce, after their dog died at the age of 7.
Kylie, 33, confirmed in a Saturday, March 22, Instagram post, that the couple’s pup Baloo recently passed away. Both Travis, 35, and Donna offered their condolences in the comments section.
Travis replied, “😢😢.”
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end and 37-year-old Jason, who retired from the NFL in 2024, are the sons of Donna and ex-husband Ed Kelce. Their mom, meanwhile, also responded in the comments on Saturday, writing, “My heart goes out to you!!!!”
Jason and Kylie — in addition to sharing three daughters with one more on the way — had two Irish Wolfhounds named Winnie and Baloo. (Winnie died in 2024.)
“When I told the girls that Baloo was going to leave us, Ellie asked where he was going,” Kylie wrote on Saturday, referring to her 3-year-old daughter. “I told her that he was going to heaven and without skipping a beat she replied, ‘Oh! He’ll get to be with Winnie again! They’ll be so happy to see each other!’”
Kylie continued, “We were lucky enough to have 7 years with the goofiest, sweetest, most lovable, and tolerant dog I’ve ever met. He wanted nothing more than carbs and pets. He was a simple guy, held together by bubble gum and paper clips.”

Kylie further noted that her “heartbreak is immense” following the death of their beloved family pet.
“As Ellie so perfectly pointed out, the Winnie-Bubba reunion had to be pure magic,” she concluded. “Miss you already, Bubbies.”
Baloo died nearly one year to the date after Winnie previously died.
“When I was in high school I had a folder on my desktop labeled ‘God’s gift to earth.’ It was images of Irish Wolfhounds that I had collected from Google,” Kylie wrote via Instagram in March 2024, while mourning Winnie. “I had fallen in love with the breed when I was a young and never let my fascination with them fade. It all led me to Winnie and holy s— did she live up to the hype. She was everything I had hoped for in a wolfie and more.”
Kylie jokingly added at the time that she thought of Winnie as her “firstborn child,” which is something 5-year-old daughter Wyatt also recognized.
“[Wyatt and I] were talking about me carrying a baby right now and she was like, ‘Well, you had a baby before me,’” Kylie recalled on a February episode of the “Call Her Daddy” podcast, discussing her current pregnancy. “I was like, ‘Excuse me?’ She was like, ‘Winnie,’ because I’ve called Winnie my firstborn child so many times that my oldest daughter thinks that I carried the Irish Wolfhound in my womb.”
