Yes, Tory Burch accepts returns and exchanges of new, unused merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order. Start a return or exchange online at toryburch.com/returns, where you can print a UPS prepaid label or have FedEx print one for you. You can also return items in-store with your invoice or receipt.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days and issued to the original payment method or as an eGift Card.
Exceptions include final sale, sample sale, select outlet items, and monogrammed products, which cannot be returned. Earrings, underwear, and swimwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, and damaged, used, or incomplete items are not eligible for return.
