
KALISPELL, Mont. — The Tobacco Valley Animal Shelter in Eureka flew in a few dogs from out of state. The shelter saved the dogs from high-kill shelters.
Organizers told NBC Montana more people are coming and adopting dogs while volunteering after hearing about a raffle the shelter is holding.
