Three dogs rescued from burning home in Fond du Lac

FOND DU LAC (WLUK) — Three dogs were removed from a Fond du Lac home that was on fire.

Just after 11:30 a.m., crews were dispatched to 563 W. Scott Street for a report of a fire in a two-story home.

Upon arrival, crews found heavy fire on the outside of one side of the home.

The fire was quickly extinguished.

The fire did not extend to the inside and only minimal smoke damage occurred.

Firefighters searched the home and safely removed three dogs that were inside at the time of the fire.

No one was hurt.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
