Three dogs found hanging out on roof of McLennan County Courthouse annex in downtown Waco, Texas

WACO, Texas (KWTX) – Animal Control officers took custody of three stray dogs found on the roof of the McLennan County Courthouse annex on March 26.

KWTX reporter Tommy Witherspoon, who covers trials at the courthouse daily, learned that construction workers spotted stray dogs hanging out on the roof of the annex building in downtown Waco, Texas.

Witherspoon decided to go up to the roof to see for himself and spotted the three dogs.

Courthouse officials told our reporter the dogs may have wandered into the building via a door left open during renovation work at the old downtown jail building.

A stairway near the door leads to the fifth floor rooftop door, where the dogs were discovered by construction workers.

Animal control was called in to take possession of the dogs.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
