Highlights
1. People can do a one-mile fun run on along the Coody Creek Trail with their canine friends. Muskogee Youth Volunteer Corps will set up a dog agility obstacle course.
2. There will be all sorts of swag for participants, pet vencors and a treat bar. There will be a photobooth where pictures can be sent to participants’ smart phones.
3. There will be a costume contest and best tricks contest. Prizes include a participation tag for the dog’s collar.
Why attend?
Muskogee Parks and Recreation department recreation director Brooke Hall said Ruff Run ” is a fun event to enjoy with your dog.”
“We invite everyone to come out to celebrate fall and enjoy the Bark Park and Coody Creek Trail,” she said. “Donations will be accepted and proceeds support the Lake Area United Way.”
