Sage and Duke, a 1-year-old Labrador Retriever and a black Lab mix respectively, have begun training at the Wings of Freedom training campus in Oceanside, CA, thanks to Logomark’s ongoing support.
“We were thrilled to welcome Sage and Duke to the program, knowing the profound impact they will have on a veteran’s life,” said Michael Bistocchi, chief revenue officer at Logomark.
He added that Duke received his moniker through a company-wide naming contest, with Zach Wheatley from the inside sales team providing the winning entry.
Both dogs were adopted from rescue partners at Labs and More. Sage and Duke will receive daily training and socialization to prepare them for life-changing roles as psychiatric service dogs for post-9/11 veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress, traumatic brain injury and/or military sexual trauma.
As a “Red Star” sponsor of Shelter to Soldier, Logomark helps fund the adoption, care, training and placement of service dogs. A portion of proceeds from Logomark’s Perka, iCool and Work collections are donated to the Shelter to Soldier program. With the addition of Sage and Duke, the supplier has helped bring 10 dogs into the program.
Based on reported 2023 North American promotional products revenue of $119.5 million, Logomark ranked 14th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry.
