Suspected XL Bully breeder in Colchester has 13 dogs seized

Police have seized 13 dogs during a raid targeting a suspected breeder of XL bullies.

Officers executed the warrant at an address in Mile End, Colchester, on Saturday after they were tipped-off by the RSPCA.

The dogs, which included eight puppies, have been undergoing tests by Essex Police to determine their breed.

A 35-year-old man, arrested on suspicion of possession and breeding of a banned breed, has been released under investigation.

Sgt Rob Temme said the raid was a “last resort” after previous attempts to engage with the owner.

“The dogs have now been safely removed from the property and put into kennels until their breed can be determined,” he added.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
