Officers say the animals were malnourished and underfed. They were all seized by the Pennsylvania SPCA.
A happy update to report from the SPCA: the shelter in Philadelphia tells us the dogs that were taken from that home in Coaldale are healing wonderfully!
Some of them have already gone to their forever homes, while others are still available for adoption.
