Someone dumped crate full of dead dogs on East Freeway service road, Pct. 1 says

HOUSTON — Precinct 1 Constable Alan Rosen’s Office is trying to find the person responsible for leaving a crate full of dead dogs along the East Freeway service road in a semi-remote area.

While Precinct 1 deputies and Houston SPCA Animal Cruelty investigators were at the scene on Tuesday, they spotted four more dogs hiding under a nearby abandoned house. They were rescued and are receiving care at the Houston SPCA.

The remains of the dogs found dead are being examined to determine how they died.

Investigators are asking anyone with information about the case to call Precinct 1 at 713-755-5200 or 713-869-7722. You can also contact the Houston SPCA at 713-869-7722 or online at HoustonSPCA.org.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
