To the owners of dogs here in Victoria who are inconsiderate of their neighbors and let the animals run wild day and night: Those dogs chase kids on their bikes, when one of the kids gets attacked, there will be a big problem, especially if those dogs are not current on all the shots needed which is your responsibility.
You are not a responsible dog parent. The damage that your dogs cause to your neighbors’ yards is yet another issue and you are responsible for that as well. The police have been called but cannot do anything and Animal Control was also notified of your lack of following the rules for being a good pet parent.
Somehow, I seriously doubt that you even care about any of that. You do not care for your dogs, that is obvious.
