HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) – Crews rescued a small dog from a roof near New Park Ave. on Sunday.

According to the Hartford Fire Dept., the dog got onto the porch roof through an open attic window and proceeded to jump up onto the main roof of the two-and-a-half story house.

Firefighters used their ladder truck to safely get the dog down.

“Based on his bravery, climbing, and comfortability being on that roof, I may have to offer this puppy a job,” said District Chief Mario Oquendo, Jr., Hartford Fire Dept.

Authorities said the dog was not injured, didn’t fall, and was brought down safely.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
