While running loose, the dogs bit a woman in the leg and there was video of the dogs jumping on the San Antonio Police cruiser and began scratching and biting it.
Even though there is a fence around the yard and an enclosure in the backyard, the owner told News 4/Fox SA the dogs always found a way over or under the gates.
