Sint Maarten: Police investigating alleged poisoning of dogs

The Police Force of Sint Maarten (KPSSM) is looking into reports of dogs being poisoning in the Point Blanche area.

The police force said several residents have approached the community police officers with concerns, reporting several instances where pets in the area have been found poisoned, resulting in the unfortunate demise of several dogs.

KPSM is pleading with those responsible for these reprehensible acts to cease immediately.

It said this behaviour not only inflicts severe emotional distress upon the pet owners and their families, but it also constitutes a criminal offense.

The public was reminded that the intentional poisoning of animals is punishable under the law.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
