Stafford Animal Shelter adopted out two dogs surrendered after their owner died from fatal injuries sustained in a vehicle crash earlier this year.
The mixed-breed dogs, Dozer and Lightning, were re-homed this month, one to Belgrade, the other in Park County, confirmed Lauren Smith, Stafford’s executive director. The animals are friendly, well-mannered and easygoing, according to Smith.
