Several dogs and cats removed from ‘terrible’ living conditions in Evansville

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Evansville Police say another animal cruelty case is under investigation.

They say Thursday around noon, animal control officers called them to a home in the 800 block of East Delaware Street.

They say a dead dog was discovered and several more dogs and cats were removed because of terrible living conditions.

As we just told you last week, Evansville Animal Control officials told us they were under a code red and had no open kennels.

Officials say the city has entered an agreement with a national agency to help them work towards a “no-kill” status.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
