Sea Dogs finish off win over Curve

Caden Rose hit a three-run homer and Jack Anderson pitched 3 1/3 scoreless innings Saturday as the Portland Sea Dogs completed a 9-3 win over the Altoona Curve in an Eastern League game that was suspended because of rain Friday in Altoona, Pennsylvania.

Portland held a 3-1 lead when the game resumed in the bottom of the fifth inning. Allan Castro and Mark Kolozsvary homered Friday, and Connelly Early struck out eight in 4 2/3 innings.

Anderson allowed only one hit and one walk while retiring 10 of the 12 batters he faced.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
