Sandi Paws Rescue of Fond du Lac is celebrating their 10 year anniversary this month and to celebrate, will be hosting a 10 year anniversary party this Sunday, September 22, 2024.
The event will take place from 11 AM to 5 PM at The Hive on the east side of Fond du Lac on Highway 23. Among vendors and food trucks will be a DJ, kids activities, face painting, a 50/50 raffle, and raffle baskets. Pet themed activities include nail trimmings, free microchipping offers, and mini dog training classes. There is also a planned appearance and demo by a police K9, as well as onsite adoptable dogs to play with, and yes, the Packer game will be on TV as well.
Since it’s inception, Sandi Paws has rescued close to 8000 dogs and cats. Started in 2014, the rescue doesn’t hold animals in a shelter, rather they have volunteers foster the dogs and cats in their homes.
