Sale Creek fire claims family dogs, kitten

Four family pets perished in a Sale Creek house fire that is under investigation by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, an agency news release said.

According to the Hamilton County Office of Emergency Management, crews were dispatched to 424 Detour Road at 10:25 p.m. Saturday after a report of a house fire. Crews arrived at a single-story home engulfed in flames near the back of the structure. A homeowner at the scene advised crews that everyone had made it out of the home, officials said.

Around 11 p.m., crews were able to contain the fire, recover family heirlooms and provide them to the family. Emergency services also responded to the scene to evaluate the homeowners. The homeowners lost three dogs and one kitten in the fire, according to officials.

Sale Creek fire officials report the home is a total loss.

The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
