CLAREMORE, Okla. –
Finals week can bring serious stress, but students at Rogers State University are getting a chance to relax thanks to a few furry visitors.
The university brought back its “Paws & Relax” event for finals weeke, giving students time to interact with certified therapy dogs in the middle of exam season.
The event started on Monday and wraps up on Tuesday. It runs from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Stratton Taylor Library Lounge on the Claremore campus.
Organizers say the therapy dogs provide a calming environment, offering a quick mental break during one of the most demanding weeks of the semester.
