A dog breeder in Riverside is again listed on the Horrible Hundred by the non-profit Humane World for Animals. According to the organization’s annual report, Terry Yoder/BR’s Dobermans is listed as a “repeat offender.”
As KCII News reported in March, when authorities executed a search warrant, they found and seized 49 live Doberman Pinchers, and 17 dogs were identified as deceased. According to Humane World for Animals, the facility had a compliant inspection approximately two months before the deceased dogs were found. And in a prior report, the facility had issues including excessive clutter and trash, mouse feces throughout the facility, enclosures “coated in dirt, hair, feces, and grime,” and more.
In March, some of the dogs that were removed from the property were taken by PAWS & More Animal Shelter in Washington. Since then, some have found forever homes.
According to court records, Yoder has a court hearing scheduled in July.
