Richland woman recounts dog attack, expresses gratitude for community support

RICHLAND, Wash. — A Richland woman is sharing her harrowing experience after being attacked by two dogs, and how the community has rallied around her in support.

Janna Davis was walking her dog, Chicken Nugget, on March 28 when she was attacked by two dogs. The attack left her with a broken ankle and bites across her body. Despite the ordeal, Davis expressed gratitude for the support she has received from the community.

“Good people and miracles can be found anywhere even in the darkest of times, even when you, you don’t think anyone is awake or anybody is coming. There’s always people there and I’m so grateful that I’ve got a whole town behind me,” Davis said.

The dogs involved in the attack have been taken into custody by animal control. Davis acknowledged that her recovery will be a long journey, but she remains thankful for the community’s support.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
