Residents flock to Henderson Animal Shelter for free dog and cat vaccines this Sunday

The City of Henderson Animal Care and Control provided free vaccinations for dogs and cats this Sunday at the Henderson Animal Shelter.

Supported by Petco Love, the event aims to assist Henderson residents by offering 200 dog vaccines and 100 cat vaccines.

Danielle Harney is the Animal Control Administrator for the City of Henderson.

Harney says, “People have been waiting two hours before our doors opened this morning. We got a grant through Petco Love, as well as our non-profit partner Friends of Henderson Support, pitched in to do rabies vaccines. “This is the first time we’ve ever done a free vaccine clinic like this, and it turned out amazing.”

The vaccinations were available until supplies ran out.

This event was free to the public.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
