SAULT STE. MARIE, MI – Anyone entering the United States with a dog will soon need to meet additional requirements.
The new rules, which apply to U.S. citizens, legal U.S. residents and foreign nationals, go into effect on Aug. 1. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Office of Field Operations updated its requirements based on rulings by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
