Rep. Brian Smith visits therapy dog at Bainbridge Elementary School [photos]

Rep. Brian Smith, second from the left, of Punxsutawney, was able to meet and spend time with Josh, a United Disabilities Services Foundation facility dog at Bainbridge Elementary School on Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2024. Josh was named after Smith’s son, Josh who passed away in 2016, and was trained by inmates in the RUFF (relying on upon furry friends) program at SCI Houtzdale Prison in Indiana County, that works closely with UDSF. From the left, Beth Straw, a reading specialist, Smith, Josh, and students Maddox Anthony and Jameson Hollinger.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
