Brian Smith, second from the left, of Punxsutawney, was able to meet and spend time with Josh, a United Disabilities Services Foundation facility dog at Bainbridge Elementary School on Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2024. Josh was named after Smith’s son, Josh who passed away in 2016, and was trained by inmates in the RUFF (relying on upon furry friends) program at SCI Houtzdale Prison in Indiana County, that works closely with UDSF.
