PHOENIX — A business employee was arrested in connection to a Queen Creek animal cruelty incident after two dogs reportedly died inside a hot car on Friday.
The 40-year-old man was charged with two counts of animal cruelty, according to Queen Creek Police Department.
Police did not release the man’s name.

The animal cruelty incident happened at a shopping complex near Signal Butte and Queen roads.
The man was a business employee who left the dogs inside a parked car for at least six hours, according to police.
Temperatures around the Valley reached as high as 104 degrees on Friday.
The investigation is ongoing.
