Puppy Luv: Animal shelter gives up remaining dogs

We have an update to a FOX 10 Investigates story that we first brought to you in October. We have learned that an embattled animal rescue in Phoenix is now working with the Arizona Humane Society to surrender its remaining dogs. FOX 10 Investigator Justin Lum has more.
