
PORTLAND, Maine — The Portland Sea Dogs showcased their offensive prowess in a commanding 14-3 victory, departing from their usual reliance on strong pitching. The game, held at Delta Dental Park at Hadlock Field, saw the Sea Dogs swinging for the fences.
In the third inning, with the Sea Dogs already leading 4-0, Ronald Rosario delivered a powerful three-run homer to center field, extending the lead to 7-0. The offensive onslaught continued as Corey Rosier hit a two-run double to deep left, bringing home Caden Rose and Karson Simas.
The Sea Dogs maintained their momentum throughout the game, ultimately securing a decisive win. The two teams are set to face off again tomorrow night.
