Mayoral candidate Keith Wilson had what he dubbed a “little ruff” encounter on the campaign trail Saturday.
As he was canvassing and knocking on a door Saturday morning on Southeast Mill Street, four dogs slipped out of a home and one labrador mix chomped into his right arm, just above his right elbow.
