Pilot flies adoptable dogs to St. Augustine shelter

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. — A pilot flew several dogs to St. Augustine on Friday so they have the chance to be adopted at S.A.F.E. Pet Rescue.

According to a social media post, pilot Rob had alternator problems. He had to land his plane and drive the dogs the rest of the way to St. Augustine.

You can meet the dogs at S.A.F.E’s Treasure Beach adoption center.

That’s located at 6101 A1A South.

They are open every day of the year from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
