Photos: Frisco’s Mardi Gras 4Paws showcases Summit County’s most festive dogs

Frisco’s annual Mardi Gras 4Paws event was held on Saturday, March 1. All proceeds from the event go to benefit Hope for Animals, which aims to help abandoned, lost and suffering animals through rescue, shelter and public education.

Frisco held its annual Mardi Gras 4Paws benefit event on Saturday, March 1.

Mardi Gras 4Paws invites dogs and their owners to dress up in their best costumes and parade down the sidewalks that make up Frisco’s Main Street. All the proceeds of the event go to benefit Hope for Animals, which aims to help abandoned, lost and suffering animals through rescue, shelter and public education.

In addition to the parade, the “Yappy Hour” street party took place next to the Historic Park on Second Avenue as part of the event.
