ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – PETA is offering up to $10,000 for information on the man who dragged dogs behind a car in DeKalb County.
With the addition of the $6,000 reward offered by local animal protection groups, the total reward in this case is now $16,000.
“The agony and terror that these two dogs must have endured as a cruel person bound them to a car, sped down the road, and left them to die in a parking lot is unimaginable,” PETA President Ingrid Newkirk says.
