Patriot Paws is looking for summer caretakers for future service dogs

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – As summer looms and student volunteers go home, Patriot Paws is hoping the community will step up to help them care for their service dogs in training.

Patriot Paws is dedicated to training and pairing up service dogs with disabled veterans at no cost to them. Part of that includes living in a home instead of a kennel for potty training, kennel training house training and general socialization.

Patriot Paws Trainer Deanna Hafley says potential volunteers would be receiving a puppy around 12 weeks old and would need to attend a summer training program alongside the dogs.

Anyone interested in this paw-portunity can send an email to ppatrainers@gmail.com, and for more information on the organization visit their website.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
