WILLIAMSPORT — The borough of State College has been dropped from a federal lawsuit stemming from a now-closed Centre County inflatable play center denying access to a veteran’s service dog.
U.S. Middle District Judge Julia K. Munley on Tuesday granted the borough’s motion for summary judgment in the disability discrimination litigation brought by Christopher C. Taylor of Bellefonte.
His dog was denied access to KnB Inflatables Please, which was formerly located in the Nittany Mall on Feb. 13, 2022.
